Wednesday 090701 Rainy
I work up at 7 since I've got to be at Chinatown MRT by 8.30. Did my usual morning routine and left the house at around 7.50. The train was less crowded due to my unusually early departure time. Haha.. Papaya(newest addition to our fruits family!) was a little late to meet me but it's okay. It was raining when we left the train station. Thank god Papaya had her ever-handy umbrella and we didn't get wet in the rain. We had our breakfast, Hotcakes with sausage meal) at Macs. The two of us shared one set, however I feel quite bad cause she treated me and I was the one eating majority of it cause the hashbrown was too heaty for her and she didn't want the drink.. Anyways, we went to stocktake a "Bah-Gua" shop (cannot reveal name due to confidentiality issues... blah blah blah) and it was pretty quite. Quite interesting too, I got to see the kitchen area of the shop and the floor was very slippery, i think i can even moonwalk there lo. haha.
After the stocktaking, due to unknown reasons, we walked back to our office and reached the place at about 10.30 or so. Had lunch with tomato, apple, orange, papaya, moon, PS, and the 2 guys at the myanmar restaurant again! Nearly had a heart attack when someone mentioned that the promotion ended yesterday, just when we decided embark on our mission to try everything on their menu at least once. To my pleasant surprise, when we got there, there was a white tape over the "30 June 2009"! That means, the promotion continues! HURRAY!!! Haha. After lunch was another stocktake which was pretty boring and due to time constrains, I'm gonna skip to the part where i took my korean placement test at Korean School(The place is at paya lebar)
The test was... hard. The teacher said my grammar's all wrong and stuff so it's kinda expected that i didn't manage to obtain a 70% grade and thus i have to start from the basics. There goes my $20 for a chance to save $500+ and my $300+ spent on previous korean course. I understand it's sunk costs but i can't help greiving a little.. Anyways I'm over it and I'm pretty excited to start planning my new fanfiction so I guess this is about it. See you another day!

Tuesday 090630 Cloudy
I woke up at ard 710 today... Bathed and rushed to meet mango at cityhall. Bought sausage mcmuffin meal with milo. I think the person wants to kill me cos we ordered one by one. No choice cos orange didn't pick up the phone when i called. Needed to find out what drink she wanted since we're helping her get 1.
Manage to contact her via the office number and found that she was busy taking temperature. That's why she didn't answer my call. (btw the temperature taking exercise is taking effect today and we kinda have to do it before we get to enter the office)
Had lunch early today since I had stock taking and have to leave before 2. Some how or other, we(mango, orange and I), p.s. tomato had a lunch date with her friend, ended up having lunch with the others(the 3 guys in our office, PS & PH, our asst mgr went to the bank
and ps-ed us)
We had lunch at this myanmar restaurant at peninsular plaza.
And in any case that you need directions:
There's a old chang kee(OCK) store on the 1st lvl of peninsular plaza.
The stairs nearby OCK leads you to the restaurant
(if I do remember, pictures might come)It's very worth it. There's a one-for-one promotion so it's like $5.90 for 2 person? Moreover, there's no surcharge! No 10% service charge, no 7% GST. And the set is the maindish + baby kai lan + soup + rice/noodle. If i did my math right, it's only $2.95 each! So cheap right. The 3 of us(fruits) ordered their strawberry smoothie. It's not bad, quite as good as the strawberry juice from the juice bar at funan's cold storage. The serving's quite big, couldn't finish the rice. I'm really advertising for them huh? lol.. i'm just trying to express my happiness at their service/food. haha..
After that, met up with apple at the office, she couldn't get into the office due to some complications so I went to get my bag. When I was about to leave, my superior called me back to get my pay before I leave. YAY...
it's PAYDAY!!!! (Abit on the high side.) Anyways.. After that, we took a train, then a cab to the company we were supposed to stock take. Stayed there till 5... After that I suddenly felt very slpy, but i have tuition later so taking a nap isn't an option. And i guess that's how i ended up blogging at 6pm?
Lesson learnt, do not read fanfiction till 1am in the morning!.. I shall read till 12am then =P..
Gtg for tuition. I'll continue my post later. ^^

Back from tuition [**WARNING**Start of rants]First off, I think i need cpr.. My tuition kid's killing me with her maths. I understand the fact that i even have a job is because she needs help understanding her work. But i feel that she should at least try to put in some effort. She's actually not stupid or anything but just plain lazy. I nearly died explaining fractions to her. She just concodes a cocktail of numbers and symbols and then expects me to spoon feed her the correct answers. Sometimes i don't ven know where she dreams the numbers from.

Sorry bout that. I've thought about my own imperfections but i kinda dun wanna repeat it to the whole world so let's just stop it here while i can still control my uncontrollable blabbering. It's time to

Monday 090629 Rainy
Despite ppl mentioning monday blues, today's work was a breeze, not that it's easy but time past pretty quickly.. We all worked wholeheartedly. Not to suggest that we dont on other days, but just to say that on a whole, today's a very nice day. =)
Had breadtalk bun + milk tea for breakfast, sushi and strawberry juice for lunch and old chang kee snacks for dinner...
Left exactly on time, and went for first dental appointment at accent today. Took x-ray, made mould, and took pictures today. Photography 180 + consultation 10, more than half my tuitioning pay just flew away. Not to mention the up coming korean class i'm gonna take. I hope I can pass the placement test to skip the first lvl cos it's like 500++ bucks. Dont want my previous lessons at the other school to go to waste. After all, money is the root of all problems...

Talk about work..
Time flies and i've been on attachment for 4 mths! I only have 47 days of attachment left! Hurray!!! Sounds bad that i'm excited to leave the place but in my attachment period of 23 weeks, I have and will be witnessing the departure of 10 people. Be it attachment mates or full time staffs. It makes me a lil sad... But anyways. I really like my friends who are also vacation trainees(apparently that's what people on attachment are called) They've made my life so much easier in the past month, I really am glad i met them.
Thinking bout them leaving's really sad.. Don't know if i'll cry, but i know i'll feel really awkward for the month when they're gone. We even got nicknames. It basically started cos there are 2 people with the same name in the office. When the phone rings asking for either of them we always gets it mixed up so, one of our clients jokingly gave a suggestion. One of them shall be called apple, and the other orange. At first we were just teasing them, later, some how or other we started using it.
The 4 of us are, Orange, Mango, Pear and Tomato!... Wuahaha
Orange- as mentioned about is the root of it
Mango- was drinking mango juice the day we decided to name ourselves fruits
Pear- ate pears for the past few days when we decided to name ourselves fruits
Last but not least, Tomato, was excited bout eating the cherry tomatoes Apple brought to work and thus the name.

haven really blogged in a long time..
recently got so hooked up with work and playing during my rest time i totally ignored the existance of my blog. but since no one really reads it anyways, don't really matter.
Starting with the morning, woke up at like 8, went searching for my new tuition venue, not hard to find but the place isn't exactly convenient to go to. I'm hard up on cash for stuff i wanna learn so there's no room for complaints. It went pretty well but i'm kinda looking forward to the next lesson to see how he really performs in terms of studies. Btw, he's P4...
It ended some time after 11 so i was a lil late to meet lyn at cine but i'm glad she didn't scold me.. xP.... We played like 2 rounds of ddr, and a few rounds of drum. The guitar and the drum mania got removed. It just isn't there, we got a shock... Moreover, they are no longer holding the $20 for $20 promotion, so we were pretty disappointed. Dont think we'll be going back there anymore.
We played bball, our score was the highest amongst the 4 machines, however, some kid came over, he's not really a kid but just younger than us. anyways, he broke our score and lyn was like commenting that our score didn't even stayed on the scoreboard for 1 min. SAD..
We went to buy drinks from seven-11, lyn bought the slurpee in the transformer cup, it's 2 bucks. We saw the poster that we were suppose to write our name, NRIC, and contact number on the receipt and drop it in the lucky draw box, winner stands to win tix to the show. BUT, we couldn't find the box and when we asked the sales assistant, there isn't any?! Ironic.
We saw this push cart selling O2 items, there's this really cute moisturiser, the container is the shape of an apple. The strawberry flavour smells nice, and it's on promo, just 1.90... I didn't buy since i dun think i'll use it... lyn bought 2, i think she's giving 1 to her fren?
then we went to solmart to have a look, bought 2% - peach flavour and sat that the sits near the lift at the ground floor. we talked bout random stuff till it's ard 4 and we went to her house cos we wanted to play badminton.
Since i forgot to change from my jeans to my shorts, she asked her mum if i could go her hs to change. =D her mum allowed so, i'm sooooo lucky, haven been to house before, even though i've known her for like 6 years?
After badminton, i joined her and her mum for dinner, we had zu chao.. omo, aint i uber lucky today? i think i'm her first visitor, anyways i really like to go ppl's house and obvious how they live... I know i'm weird. I like to see how different ppl's lifestyles are like. anyways... I just wanted to blog this very special moment.. haha ^^
